Recently, PBS Frontline aired their investigation into questionable police shootings by the New Orleans Police Department in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, titled Law & Disorder.  The pervasive miscommunication between the local/state government and law enforcement in that time of crisis is mind-boggling.  As usual, great investigative journalism.
